Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel secure in your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your Ring device, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition and include all included accessories and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Ring account and visit the Order History section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the device and all original accessories back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
